it helps ground the screen, but isn't completely necessary.

yes, you may have to hold the crown and power button together for 10 seconds if it doesn't turn on right after the screen repair.

Hey man, could you provide some tips on how to replace the glass successfully? I have a Series 4 that I recently pull the cracked glass off successfully but after using minimal amount of OCA on it to bond them together, the screen is not flickering red and green. Wondering what would be the cause of that. It's really demotivating when this occurs despite me trying my best to not have that occur. Thanks man, hope to hear from you soon.
