Using the formulas only the centroid distance is calculated. I dont think that is very complicated to understand. kindly watch one more time. Still if you cant understand please let me know

Why first boundary condition only consider.....why can't use x=l boundary condition

Because the sum of all moments = 0, so since the u diagram and u' diagram essentially split up all the moments that exist here, they must be equal. Example: M(u)-M(u')=0, ergo M(u)=M(u'). I believe this applies using Moment Area theorm.
