The usual protocol is 1. Have the price and sale price on the product page 2. Include PRICE in the feed 3. Include SALE_PRICE in the feed

I have three quantity variants on some of my products. Everything looks good, but google is taking the price for variant 1 and applying it to variant 5 and variant 10. I have requested reindexing but no luck. Can you help?

Most likely, it's finding the prices somewhere in your HTML and picking the wrong one. Can you provide an example URL and we'll take a quick look for you 👍

When I go to my feeds it doesn't show a date at all for when it was last updated. Also, it doesn't have options for re-processing or downloading....

Thanks for the video. I'm having issues with different pricing. My page is in CAD but I'm promoting in USD to USA. My site handles currency converter. Is this an issue from the Merchant Centre itself?

Currency conversion is supposed to work, but it's fraught with issues, in our experience. We prefer to have control, with separate URLs for each currency and country so we know the language and currency on the page matches the data in your feed. Much more reliable, and seems to convert much more reliably too 👍

Thanks dear. I have a store that sells goods worldwide and for that I'm using a plugin that automatically show different prices in different countries. Im also running ads in USA for one of the items but merchant center shows the currency mismatch error after crawling the site in India and says that price doesn't match. I tried to make it USD but doesn't help either. Kindly help😊

Hi, my feed show the right price but my site start the sell with halve product ( 0, 5 meter off fabric) so google bot see the halve price and says its wrong comparing teh full price (1,0 m) . How can I sy to google rastreament bot to look for the full price or something like that?

The API connection is near real time, so doesn't show a last update. It's likely that the issue is with the code/HTML on your site, rather than the feed. We'd need to take a look to establish why though. Contact the team via tillison.co.uk/contact and we'll take a look 👍
