Just installed a GPM steel front drive shaft and new output cones. My UDR is 5 years old and I could have kept running it and the plastic drive shaft was really in pretty good shape, but the out put cones did need replacing. I do use only a 4S battery and it handles that power reliably.

I'm talking big like a 1 Mile water crossing at night on a boat on the Colorado River is what I'm going to do. I'll take what ever you can do on a pond or small puddle as long as it looks cool. another thing that helps with assembly and disassembly is exploded diagrams (traxxas has them on their site with the downloadable manuals)

You could put the go pro at the back of the cabin in the middle and cut off the inner shoulders of the people rather than the head and you would probably get a better view cause it’s in the middle

I am finally getting more into the maintenance and repair side of the hobby... as far as the UDR goes, do you think it is possible to purchase any part and fix anything that goes wrong? I'm still kinda new to this, and want to keep My UDR going as long as possible! what websites would you recommend for parts and or upgrades???
