@@original-bug Why would he enable it and the purpose of this video is disable the service. The best answer would have been he won't find inetmgr simply because their IIS is already disabled

Your IIS is already turned off, so this FIX is not for you, I was also here and realized the same, I need to continue searching

I don't have inetmgr....the folder is empty in inetsrv I already tried changing the ports from 80 to 8080 and 443 to 4433 in the apache config files and not working either any other suggestions...?

I had that problem on Win Server 2012, I fix it runing XAMPP as Admin and works perfect.

'inetmgr' is not recognized as an internal or external command,!!! IIS server is not running on my machine. And changing my ports from 80 to 8080 doesn't work either. Ended up reinstalling XAMPP. It is so frustrating ever since these Windows upgrades XAMPP hasn't been the same. First of all I am constantly getting MySQL error messages. I am constantly, almost every day having to go into my mysql folder, back everything up, replace from my backup folder, then rebuild my users. And I have to do this every day. I tried upgrading XAMPP and that didn't work. So I have to manually, almost every day rebuild my mysql folder. This port issue just started happening yesterday.

Same as mine, this just simply means this specific fix is not for us. Have you been able to find solution, if not, then I will continue youtubing to see if I will have any luck. I'm pretty sure the solution on the video has helped a few people only that it wasn't for us

You are using Xampp as administrator that's why you are able to start the Apache
