Thank you, bro! This works for me. I thought there was something wrong with my antivirus blocking the XAMPP server, but after I tried your method, it's back and working perfectly fine. There's no error or missing data or anything. Thanks, bro! Tips for anyone: make sure to close your XAMPP first, by end all task about XAMPP. Or you can simply restart your computer, do the step, and open XAMPP again.
