They are probable THE first big motorcycle brand ever, but yes. Founded in 1883 is 20 years earlier than HD started building bikes. But yes, they're probably not building bikes for so long ;-)

Did he really say "Triumph hasn't been making bikes that long"? Triumph as a brand is over 100 years old. I mean, if you want to say Hinkley Triumph is a new brand, fine, but it's still like 30 years old.

maybe 3 years later hahahaha but oh well, there are two ways to approach de EXUP Valve, one downloading tuneecu on you phone and get the OBD II-USB cable to enter the settings and deactivate it or buy a EXUP Valve servo kit, you have to remove the servo motor and then plug this little guy there, then reset all codes and there you go.

Don’t buy any cables, download TUNEECU and get the USB cable that plugs to the bike. Disable the EXUP valve and load the tune. Google it, its free.

I didn't I just ordered new cables I just ordered that 50$ plug that bypasses the EXUP

Think it's called a servo buddy , then you can take out the motor that controls the exup valve save some weight .

I'm having the same problem wit my 09 Daytona, I turn key but only the turn signals and horn will work. Sometimes The headlights will turn on but when I flip the kill switch (run), they turn off

Mt 2006 daytona has a cam chain rattle on cold startup. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I'm a few years late 😅 but I'll share, possibly your cam/timing chain is stretched out as the tensioner on these bikes will self adjust. Quick fix, slowly & evenly loosen the two bolts holding the tensioner until you feel a click, then tighten the bolts again evenly & done. If you however have a manual tensioner, then you'll need to remove your timing chain cover to visually inspect that you are not over tightening, add a new gasket bolt her back together & done. You'll eventually need to replace your chain though. Happy riding 🏍...
