The sales tips are spot on. Braces and orthodontists are a killer! I live in the most expensive city in the world (recently announced), Sydney Australia. Team cream, definitely; but personally I'd prefer the burl drawer fronts to be even lighter. I think they both will sell very quickly, though - you did a great job! I love that little cupboard you use as a workbench. I hope someday it will get a little refinish and reuse :) My kitchen is is in the "unfitted" style (1850 house) so my eye is always drawn to these quirky old cabinets. I'm so glad you were able to make the burl beautiful on the nightstands.

These night stands are lovely. The soft cream color are my favorite. I know a more streamlined look is popular right now but I really liked the rope moldings and the bell pulls, personal opinion and all that. They look really nice and you did a fabulous job.

Nice to see you back. I hope you had a nice summer! I think you made the right decision to change the colour of the veneer inset. It's much more cohesive now - for both pairs. The less "frilly" handles are also a great fit! I think if I were buying, I'd probably buy the lighter colour ones, as they make the construction seem less heavy (it's not my favourite style of furniture, maybe a bit too chunky for me), but I prefer the colouring of the black one, with the lower contrast between the veneer and the colour. Hey Katie! Love your videos. The black ones, I’ve seen people use these small leafy branch stencils with rub and buff. Even using a little silver, and then moving the stencil a tiny bit and applying a little more antique gold tone over that for a shadow effect. Or gold only. The black ones need some tiny bit of gold detail IMHO.
