Thank you very much for the tutorial. It helped me. Had 3 malfunctioning keys. All of them got back to work. Took me just 1h15' to finish the procedure. Saved me time and a couple of hundred bucks!!! Tks!!!

Hi,great job, could you send me a picture of the orange electronic board, where the sustain pedal is connected ? I need to see the color code of resistors to repair my Yamaha p45 , my cat has urinated on the piano, thank you.

I have exactly the same problem, on the same key (F) except that I hear a sound but which sizzles should I do the same manipulation?

Maybe there’s dust beneath the key

Very nice BUT....if you go for that process you don't fix just the malfunctioning key. You need to cleanup and put grease to all key clusters!

Sorry to say this, i have not encountered that problem yet.. but you can visit your supplier and am sure that they have their technician to fix it for you..

Have you ever worked on a CTK 500 ? I have a Casio CTK 500, and would like any suggestions as to how to by pass the automatic shut off . This unit powers off it you don't play it for 2 minutes. It does this in either battery mode or with the AC adapter. Thanks

Hi. Im not having this problem. I have tried to search my problem up on youtube, but didnt find any video about it. So, my problem is that my P45 yamaha piano isnt working to do the fort (F), MF and piano (P). When I first bought it, it worked, but now its not and I dont know why. The sensibility of the keys literally stopped and idk what to do.

Hi, thank you for your comment but I haven't encountered that yet.. please try to read the p45 manual, I think it might help you.. to be sure ask the help of the store from where you bought your piano am sure they will refer to the the yamaha technician.. thank you..

A year late, but could help someone…There is an option to turn off velocity and every key will sound the same volume, easiest thing to do if you turn this in by mistake (it can easily happen with this interface!) is looking up the key combination to turn it off or reset everything

@@lisafoodie8443 kung under waranty pa pagawa nyo sa tecnician ng bilhan nyo. Pero pagdi na covered ng warranty, pkigaya na lang ung procdure na ginawa ko tas pkialign lang ung 'sang set ng keys na hindi na natunog.
