Fixing AC of Maruti Swift | Cooling Coil replaced
In this video we fixed the AC of maruti suzuki Swift vxi.
there was no cooling and after checking we found that there was no AC gas. So it means there was leakage. later we found out that AC cooling coil and a pipe was leaking, therefore we replaced both of them and in order to do that we took out the whole AC cooling system out of the car, including cooling coil, condenser and compressor.

how to check if there is an issue with the ac cooling coil? When I drive with my ac on, there is less cooling, I hear some sounds from the dashboard and there is water dripping when the car is put to rest after 2-3 kms.

Sir ji Poora dashboard kholna ki jarrrorat nhi . Only meter open hoga and steering open kar k down hoga heater coil bahar aa jayaga. Agar dash board khula to ac ka kharcha pad jayaga. Punjab k ho to aap main kar do ga

Great work, I have one query about my swift, I have recently seen that water is getting accumulated on the pipe which goes to compressor when we swift on the ac, is that what I need to get it checked? And does that got covered under warranty?

Bro kuch mat karo ac chalaga to pani suction pipe par ayaga. Because suction pipe is return gas pipe . Compressor par 2 pipe lga hain suction and discharge. Suction gas ko suc kraga or discharge pipe gas ko discharge. Discharge pipe hot hota hain don’t be touched when ac working.

Genius. Please tell me when we check pressure of gas with pressure gauge, what should its reading. I have Suzuki swift same model, cooling of AC is not up to the mark. How I know that refrigerant is less . What pressure should be at gauge if pressure is ok.??? Also tell me total quantity in ml of gas in ac.

As I mentioned that we put pressure in the system and then check for leakage. So we already checked old coil before changing it. I couldn't record it because I was out when bhaiya checked it..!

Sir I have swift zdi 2012 runing km 120000km.cold start pe halka sa rpm flacuate hota hai and engine missing hota hai...exhaust se smell vala white smoke ata hai...after 5 min gadi ok ho jati hai...egr intercooler glow plug diesel filter Drv rail pressure sensor okay hai...hmne baleno diesel 2020 model ke injector v lga kr vekh Liya but same problem aa rhi hai....kya problem ho sakti hai??

Sir I have Indica Vista quadrajet. Despite coil replacement there is gas leakage. The car was shown to Tata Service center. They did not detect gas leakage. But they simply put a small washer in the gas pipe. The gas did not leake for 2-3 months but recently we had to travel in interior roads in villages so gas has again leaked. I have already spent more than 10000 in ac but still on zero.

Sir cooling coil last option hota hai... Usey pehle kuch cheeze check karni chahiye.. airflow kam hai toh ho sakta hai ki AC filter chock ho gaya ho.. it's behind the glove box... You can get it out and easily change. Agar usey airflow n cooling ki problem theek ho jaati hai then problem solved... Agar sirf airflow theek hota hai but not cooling then AC gas check karni hoti hai ki kam hai ya nahi... Agar gas ok hai then radiator and condenser clean karke try kar sakte hai... Agar tab bhi nahi hota toh bari ati hai cooling coil, condenser and compressor ko change karne ki... Which ever is needed.

Usually compressor never leaks... It's either condenser, cooling coil or pipes that usually start leaking... Get it checked properly

Sir depend karta hai ki car ki condition kaisi hai... Kitne kms chali hui hai... Suspension, AC ok hai ya nahi... Agar car puri tarha se ok hai and regularly maintained aur service hui hai... Toh ek saal me 5000-7000 se zada kharcha nahi mangegi... Including service. Service har 8000 kms par karwa leni chahiye chhoti cars ki ya phir ek saal me atleast ek baar. Jo bhi pehle complete ho Jaye.. agar 8000kms ho gaye 4 months me hi then service karwa lo. Agar ek saal ho gaya lekin 8000kms nahi hue tab bhi ek saal hone par service karwa lo.

@@Yash-hp4oh nope... Don't buy this.. Puri car scratched and dented hai according to the website, Plus pics me bhi pata chal raha hai. Front bumber damaged and repainted hai.. side pe screws se tika hua hai... Right side ka back door and quater panel repainted hai. Aur according to website suspension, steering, engine mounting sahi condition me nahi hai. Engine noise sahi nahi hai... White smoke bhi aa raha hai.. means car ki timely service nahi hui hai aur car maintained nahi hai. Peeche ki wiper arm tooti hui hai. Isko pura sahi karne me around 50000 ka kharcha aa jayega. Zada bhi aa sakta hai agar engine me kuch aur panga hua because white smoke aa raha hai according to website. So my advice is don't buy this car.

normally this problem comes due to icing problem in cooling coil and icing happens due to non working thermostat sensor. rest exact reason can only be told after inspecting the car.
