Sure, you're looking for a Philips MSD 250/2 "Broadway metal hallide lamp", socket GY 9.5, or a GE CSD 250/2 (but the philips is superior in terms of light temperature and lifespan). I don't know where you're located, but us europeans can order it at Thomann.de, for example

HEAT and L ON were the messages indicating a lamp failure, yes. A101 just means it's set to DMX address 101, from what i remember.
