When checking all your front end hardware is to loosen up the control arm bolts after the final assembly is done and bounce the front end a few times and then retorque them, it helps settle the front end down before alignment

Mike, don’t forget the windshield wipers on the convertible Chevelle because you had problems with your other Chevelle with windshield wipers. Make sure you put a brand new one on this one. I have not seen it yet. When are you gonna do it the Blair know

Ditch the hex nut and lockwasher on the lower control arm bolt for a crimp nut. Not a nyloc. An all metal crimp nut. Question. Shouldn't the lower part of the fender butt up flush with the rocker panel. It looks like there is a gap.

Good observation. I try to maintain the gap all the way down to the bottom of the rocker. Some people make it tighter at the rocker. It comes down to personal choice
