Fixing EVERYTHING that's broken on my VW T6 | 💪💪

Following my return from our recent trip to Cornwall, I made the decision to get everything that was broken, fixed up and working again.

Another great video .Got back from lane end campsite two week’s ago owner said he was going to try and get in contact with you ,he said he has 8 or 9 bookings from your video he also said he didn’t know you were filming the site.it’s nice to see great job👍

Hi Matt, apologies for the late reply. The additional screen that I’ve mounted is wired up to 2 extra cameras on separate inputs so I can turn it on up on the overhead control panel that I made in an early video and the give me a view of the front splitter for high kerb parking and the rear towbar when I am hooking up etc…

Hi Steve. Excellent video as usual keep them coming. When you fitted the day runners and v2 headlights, did it effect your dab reception, they have killed mine completely?

🙌Thank you. I don’t really use the DAB radio so not noticed any effect BUT I have herd others say it did! Worth speaking to advance car audio as they may have a work around I think👍👍

Van looks smart Steve the air lift controller is that not on a lifetime warranty ? Mine was not right from like week one.. But was replaced & all is good ..😊

🙌thanks buddy. yes it is, I didn’t want to go all the way up to the original installer to have the warranty claim sorted as I live 4 hrs each way. There was no work around so I was thinking of just buying a replacement. That’s prob why I’m more chuffed than normal lol

🙌thanks buddy. Interesting thought on the wheels but I can say they were not damaged in the recent hedge ploughing adventures lol. Not quite in the 11 times but it sure feels like it 😂😂 Deffo up for the cleaning sesh in Sept as you say. Be best after Busfest as I need to go and shoot that again this year. Are you going this year??

I have the same isdue with my V1 headlights from Travelinlite. The o/s front drl goes off when the engine is started. After ringing them 2 days running and getting no call backs i rang again and just had a lady thatxwas extremely unhelpful and uninterested in my problem. I gave up and now the T6 is off the road out of MOT. Not happy.

Oh dear, I’m sorry to hear that. I actually have the transporter HQ headlights in mine but I run the Travelinleite lower DRL’s that fit into the lower grilles and that is what I had issues with. Mine was down to water getting into the connection and corroding the connections but I have tapped it up to hopefully keep the damp out this time. Hope you get your issue sorted bud🤞
