I'm familiar with industrial hydraulics which are are often designed to handle 125% of rating. But probably not sustained LOL. Makes sense 130% was too much for seals I guess. Never knew auto PS ratings varied that much to be honest.

Hot rodding is all about making this and that. LS engine 🚂 is way better supported ( factory/aftermarket)than Mopar. Been that way since GM introduced the small block V8 in 1950s.
