So what we learn here, children, is that to repair a pump you just take it apart, clean it a little, reassemble the parts in random order, and paint the outside. Things like wear, tolerances, clearances, spring forces, pressure, torques, temperatures, adjustments, tests, wearing in, vibrations, leaks, cavitations, and flow rates are of absolutely no importance whatsoever. Neither are warranties or guarantees of fitness for use. If it looks good, on the outside, that is all that matters. What’s official is the superficial.

Воу, по сравнению с предыдущим ремонтом такого насоса, это прям Пакистан-люкс, даже прокладка новая из тетрапака от шоколадного молока, новые сальники тоже впечатлили.

Couple of rules when working with hydraulic systems: Make sure that the part is clean before disassembly so that dirt and parts dont enter system. Preferably work on white cloth on table so you can easily see parts and they wont roll down the table in a black hole called floor. Mark everything so you can return parts at same place as they were because no part has the same wear on them.

In this case it doesn't matter. Dirt and chips were already in the system before disassembly.🤣

I saw the replacement bearings, but did you also replace the pistons or just clean and polish them up. Thanks for sharing and hope it works well after your reconditioning. 😊
