Fixing my 3COM Switch

As promised, here is the video of me fixing my 3COM switch at home.
The whole process took a bit over 2 hours but it should have really only taken 1 hour tops.
The reason was that my soldering iron hadn't been used in years and was heavily oxidised making it hard to work with as it wasn't reaching proper temperatures.
