Bro my tips is as a professional highest king of the king's army of superior goblins, u could use haste spell when u try to reach the core, plus rage spell for town hall, plus invisibility. U could also use the invisibility spell for storage, that way, your 3 goblin could destroy high hp of resource storage. But this one is for when u don't believe, your 3 goblins will destroy the storages. My army as th14. 84 goblins, 6 super wallbreaker, 2 haste, 1 jump, 1 rage, 5 invisibility. Use jump spells for the core resources like th, cc & dark storage. This way, u could possibly get 2 ⭐.

On My progress base i've set a target to max my walls to lvl12 but currently if i see them i get heart attack 👺

Ngl upgrading the walls doesn't matter much, I'd usually just upgrade my walls when everything else is maxed or I need to waste some gold/elixir. Most people either use air attacks or root riders nowadays and siege machines just destroy them 😂
