Whats the Facebook group if you don’t mind sharing? What’s been your experience buying from people directly, instead of a luxury consignment store? How do you authenticate?

the Facebook group I used was called REETZY, they have one for every specific brand! I found that I had only good experiences with buying from individuals, I don't know how it is now, since I haven't bought anything in a while, but I was very thorough with asking for prior selling proof and lots of pictures and receipts. I believe those groups are very strict on selling only real/authenticated items. alternative that I liked was buying second hand from Japan eBay. I haven't yet bought from a consignment store for luxury goods, so I can't speak to that 😭
