Fatima if it’s not possible to get a walker you could try what the patient in the hospital I go to do. 1. They take the foot pads off and he patients scoot with their feet to get legs stronger. 2. They stand up behind the wheelchair and hold the he handles to push it. You can go at your own speed and sit down when you are tired. Learn to maneuver yourself from sitting to standing safely. I urge you to become mobile again by walking or learning to use the wheelchair well. Don’t become an invalid to fear. If you can have physical and therapy where you are it does not take long to learn to get around. You must send Layla to school and learn to manage again. I am in constant contact with people who are doing it. Please push yourself.

Might I suggest that if the wheelchair is put out and Fatima is assisted in walking to the chair then sit in it then they won't have to lift the heavy chair with Fatima in it to get it up the step. She will also be taking those much needed first steps that will help her to lose her fear and walk again

Mr. Saladin, usually those inflatable pools come with repair patches. If you did not get them, you could get them at the bike store just like patches are used for flat tires. Carrying that inflatable pool in the back of the truck will certainly get holes. You should have blown the pool at home. It’s such a small one that is easy to blow by mouth, and everybody could’ve taken turns blowing it up just like people blow balloons. ❤🙏🕊🌈

TO FATIMA: as one leg is okaytry crutches... after that a walker.... Fatima... now you can navigate your wheelchair around and help cooking that is great.... but try to stand on your good leg... make it even stronger... then use chrutches... to take one step, two steps three steps... and vupti you can walk... then get a walker... YOU CAN DO IT... the more you use your legts they sooner you can walk. you need excercize, circulation... and you will be happier.... AND NOW KIANUSH... need to be given thingss he can do, be more active, he is tooooo careful and afraid of life... and all his wining is a very bad habbit... when Adil was there he made Kianush do more things... and he got some joy and selfconfidence....

This baby ‘Baby Turtle’ as I call him, needs tummy time to strengthen his neck, stomach, and eye coordination. It never occurs to them to give him tummy time or burp him. I don’t known why they are so stubborn about taking suggestions from those of us trying to be helpful! Also, they never take him outside for sunlight exposure that provides vitamin D. I just don’t know!
