Great ear defenders James haven't seen them in the builders merchants up in the Geordie Land yet 🤣 the t piece just needs turning round 108° on the 90° bend best to fit a inspection chamber instead just incase of any future maintenance or for any blockages. Those Burgers look the hamner hats of to Toby the Chef Whisperer. Great video James

Hi James. Great job. Just an idea and to save you work, have you thought about just p shingle down the conservatory side. Landscape fabric and shingle. The water will soak through naturally, save the concrete and gulleys. it will not affect your convertatoy foundations.

You could of also put a deep flow gutter on your conservatory run your house down pipe into conservatory gutter put in a running outlet the other side of garden and put in soak away on opposite side of pond .

Great work mate, the way to go getting the run off water away from your house and pond footings. Don’t forget when you are adding concrete next to the conservatory that you do not bridge the house or conservatory damp course. Last thing you need is a damp patch after all that lub. Great work keep it up. Your lads are a credit to you and Mrs whisper.

If it was me I’d turn the T piece near the conservatory around 180 degrees so that water from the gully drain your going to put in flows right way , at mo it’s flowing towards the down pipe on house ,

When will the negatively stop and the bloody pond build begin! I'm in the same boat, less the issues, but have to clear out and take down a Greenhouse, set up the swimming pool temp pond, move the timber, dig the footings, get the sparky in engage with a curved wall to build the shed that will house the filter etc, that will overhang the pond, plumb everything in and, all that keep the Mrs in the loop that she will get the garden back for the summer to have Bbq's. It's not that straightforward is it boy !
