Hi Alyn. Thank you. This so helpful. I've got a couple of panos that need fixing and it looks like you've given me the answer. The stitch solution is genius - I would never have figured it out ! Huge thanks for sharing !!

There is a great little program called Hugin in which you stich photos to make panorama, but also straighten the panorama using the control points. And the best part is - it's a free software

Hi Alyn, Thanks for useful tutorial. I have experienced the horizontal line jump and also some building line jump as well. This is because my tripod was not levelled properly? Cheers

The issue I am having with panorama stitching is that there is a part in my pano that is sinking or upheaving. I shoot panoramas on my drone. I don’t think it is much of a stabilization error but rather a problem with the stitching and rendering.

Hi Alyn. Thanks for the video. Your warped pano looks like most of mine so the video is very helpful. Just a quick question for anyone who does panorama photography...Does anyone notice a loss of quality when stitching the panorama relative to the original individual photos? I have imported some of the individual photos to fill in areas with stitching errors and have found that the layer containing the individual photo is sharper than the same part of the image in the stitched panorama. I'm not sure if this is a user error or if that is a normal occurrence when stitching with photoshop. Do you lose some quality when using the warp tool to fix distorted photos?

Hi Alyn, great content as always! Are you thinking of making a video about how you shoot panoramas with regards to mapping the sky with a let's say 25/f2 lens into a 3x3 grid for example? I didn't manage yet to get Lightroom or Photoshop to stitch my shots at all (which may be due to the light pollution here or the fact that teh foreground is quite close and therefore subject to distortion) :(

Very helpful vid. How do you stitch multi row panos together?

Does the star movement between shots (presumably 30sec for each exposure) not affect stitching in Lightroom?

When doing multiple frames both horizontally and vertically how do you maintain the alignment? I find it very difficult to maintain the angle of the camera once I start shooting the second and third row. Please advice how this can be achieved. I had severe issues on this image. www.pgroyphotography.com/Exploration/Night-Skies/i-ShfFVp8/A I had to crop it quiet a bit to get to that point along with using the warp edit feature.

Alyn, you say Skillshare's $10, but they've been charging me £10 a month for over a year. I keep forgetting to cancel it, but will be doing that now...
