Thanks Terry. This was very complete and informative. It was a bit of trouble to find all 18 parts, and KZbin was having trouble buffering some of them... Still worth the trouble. I'm a mobile tech, and have replaced a number of these fusers under warranty. Brother said "discard, no return" on the old ones, but I kept them anyway. They look fine, no scratches, tears, etc., and seem clean enough. However they are very hard to turn. So I expect this is exactly what the problem is. Now, I have a local client who needs an out of warranty repair. They say they can't afford a new fuser assembly, so I think I will use your method on one of the pulls I have in shop, and see how it goes. The only thing I don't have is the grease, so I will try to find that somewhere. Do you ship to USA? Thinking that might be a bit expensive though... Anyway... Thanks so much for the detailed information. I'm amazed you were able to pull this off one handed while holding the phone/camera! I'd be hard pressed to get it done with both hands, and an optivizor... Thanks again.

Man, I want to watch the rest of this but watching you do this 1 handed is so frustrating. Doubled the time it took to watch the video and the videos are not in a playlist as far as I can tell.

Here you go Mr Lazy, Yep you should try fixing it one handed -irritating some what, I forgot my glasses the other day whilst on a service call so I closed my eyes and fixed it blind and by FEEL having done that particular repair over 100 times. kzbin.info/aero/PL4iI9TT-inSMZ3LpsnvaVrJ_Y84dnqQps
