great video Terry, would you know how to fix a brother printer that only creases the page when duplex printing only? normal printing is ok, it normally happens after a couple of duplex prints

Is it this series of printers or another model? If it is this model series the lower pressure roller is damaged or the pressure applied to the heater pushing against the lower roller is uneven.

@@TerryJonesPrinterRepairs hi Terry, its a brother 5450dn, on 4 4 page print the first duplex page comes out fine, the second duplex page comes out creased down the left side of the page roughly top to bottom
