These look fantastic. You can also make raspberry jam sandwiches with two of the cookies, then partly dip them in melted chocolate & sprinkles. A local bakery makes them & they are delicious.

I can’t wait to try these for Christmas next month,2022. Nice to see the measurements in grams instead of cups which can vary tremendously. Great baking results require precise measurements. Fantastic recipe! So easy to make but they taste just as good if not better than any I've ever bought. I've even tried to modify this recipe but, in my opinion, it is best just like it is. I'm an older guy who has recently found an interest in cooking and baking and people ask me where I bought these. So if I can do it, literally anyone can. Thank you so much!
