The time notification when my team or the enemy takes Baron or Elder Dragon doesn't show up for me. I don't know how to enable it. Does anyone know how to turn it on?

I really love this little guy but I primarily jungle. Im thinking fleet footwork but keep the rest? Nashors for clear?

Fleetfootwork is bad for jungle, take first strike instead. Nashors is good first item to improve jungle clear.
