That's actually that John Williams said when talking about his process behind the cantina band music he said he wanted it to sound like aliens stumbled across a box filled with tapes of old Benny Goodman Swing Tunes

"Sing sing sing" was used by Lucas in the draft edit. John williams had to compose similar music to the one used in every scene of the rough edit.

There is a lot going on in this piece... Of course this star wars alien cantina scene inspired this musical shindig... I like the intermittent dancing with a jazz flare... I was starting off today with a bit of a "drag"... but after spending time with this lively group... It's "Damn the torpedoes, FULL speed ahead"!
