Hey pihl you are just doing great job on your channel but plz answer me. 1) do we have to take same key of the tracks for mashups. 2) and do big djs really use these types of techniques for festival like tommorow ex. David Guetta or dvlm. 3) will a low hz file work or we need to stick to 320kbps? Thats it plz answer if you have time.

I have made a mix with songs between 137,996 bpms and 140 bpms. For the best quality I think I have to set the project tempo to 140 bmps (the fastes track tempo). Or is it better to set it at 137,996 bpms (the slowest track tempo)? Maybe it doesn't matter at all? Please help me and thank you in advance!

Well, one way is to set the bpm at 139, which is in between 138 and 140, and the fit the songs to that tempo. Or another way, which I think is the best, is to make a volume-automationclip and change the tempo during the transition. De_AlphaGamer Well, the problem with the free version is that you can't save your projects with it. And considering you are a beginner, I assume you will need a lot of time to learn as much as possible. It's all up to you, but I would recommend the full version. (If you can't afford it, there's always ThePirateBay xD)

When I'm mixing, I'm only focusing on the volume. But if you would like to remove, as you said, the bass or add reverb, you can link the songs into the mixer. After you've done that you can use whatever plugin you would like (like EQ, or Reveerb) and there after right click to do an automationclip out of it.

+RedDotDaanGaming Yes, it's possible :) It may sound bad, but I think you can make it work. But to do so, I think the best way is to start with the song with 128 bpm. Right after the drop, you place the song with 90 bpm. So in this case, to make it sound good, I don't think it's possible to make a "outro/intro" transition. Hope this helped :)

Are you mixing on a mixerbord or on the computer? Because I don't really know how it can loose the bpm. If you're doing it on the computer you may have been changing the tempo-automation or something

In the time stretch thingo on the sampler, automate the 'pitch shift' knob, with every +100 cents going up a key and -100 going down. idk about major to minor tho

Bakito Knot Yes, you can link the tracks to the mixer and add them to the EQ plugin. After that, you can right click on whatever 'band' you want and make an automation clip of it. I don't have a computer at the moment so I can check out so it works, but I'm pretty sure it does :) //PIHL

Then I would suggest to simply fit them to whatever bpm that sound good and place them above each other. However, sometimes that doesn't really seems to work, so you may have to chop the acapella and place it where it should be. Hope you understand what I meant //PIHL

It's probably because you press "Yes" after detecting the tempo. Press "No" and it won't change :)
