You can put the fx on a synth or other sound and play with automation in frequency but you need to use the new version of it.

Don't forget to take out the Dry signal on your sends, otherwise you're duplicating the Input signal and it kinda screws up the sound by adding on to it. Create Send FX. Add Reverb. Take out Dry signal. Wet signal on 100. Then mess with the input signal on the Channels affected by said Send to lock in Verb ammount. Same goes for Delays. That's common practice and makes for a cleaner sound while also giving you the option to further tweak the Verb sound (by pre/post-EQing for example). Great video, this is a cool example of how to record a song for cheap. Some headphones with Mic and FL Mobile might do the trick for a decent Demo or to put something together of surprisingly good quality. 👌🏻
