Didnt have to be just there though all along the gulf coast breaks were the dominate. In baton rouge we had lava louge till 2 then till sun up at aftershocks, viper room, the shelter, then down the road in layfette outer limits, makos, firestorm, but of course the other way in new orleans we had escapades (the chronic), pyrmiad, apersands, the metro. With all your resident dj's from florida.....baby ann, icey, huda hudia, among other playing here too plus our area with Gbrown, indio, trashy, skyhi, and that doesnt even touch the names in triangle from BR to NO to LAF and M back to BR. There is way to many great djs name them all in breaks non the less if you expanded into other area like jungle (new orleans had some good junglilist and dnb during then too)Some great djs during the 90 early 2000's. Not counting the parties at state palace that freebass society put on. It was a epic time that will not happen again and im thankful i got to be a part of it. Didnt see how big or comprend it then just having way to much fun. Not till later in life did i realize how big of a impact what was going on here impacted the global/national scene. And it all started down there around cyberzone and rick west and others. But the point is it was here in the south that was again put it mark on music like no others can. Even areas like Destin were throwing down with Doc Roc and crew at night town. Just great times for us all
