You forgot to mention that Liechtenstein and Haiti both had the same flag. It was only in the 1930s, during the Olympic games that they noticed it. They later decided to add the emblem on their flags. :-)
@BrickmotionYT7 жыл бұрын
Well, at least they did something about it. Still waiting for Monaco and Indonesia to put some difference in their flags... (aspect ratio doesn't really count, as many people tend to draw frlags in different aspect ratios than originally intended depending on how big the space they have to draw it is)

No surprise you can pronounce it, most Slavs/speakers of slavic langs. can handle to do so. Just polish spelling is very different for foraigners from what they are used to. Polish spelling seems to be hard, but words look better without so many diacritics, like in Czech or Slovak, instead we use many cz/rz/sz/dz and so on.

Gosh can't believe how many small unique nations this planet has. if Aliens ever come to us and demand we take them to our leader.. we will have them fill out a questionaire.. which goverment form do you prefer.. religion.. gender.. cultural or social or commercial influence.. military strenghts.. they will just travel on, not worth the trouble LOL

Guess thats one way to see us. Trouble is, we have 4 cultures in one country. The german talking parts arent germans, the italian talking part isnt italian and so on. They are all swiss, but they see themselves as citizen of their canton (state) first. But embrace the differences of the other states. Thats what makes it uniwue in my oppinion. As for the money.. lots of people are envious about our wages.. until they see what our prices are, then they usualy understand it beter.

Napoleon I Bonaparte Yep! In 1802 most of the Legions where send there in the Leclerc expedition. That picture Barby is showing as an illustration of Haitian Revolution is actually by Polish painter January Suchodolski. Anyway Poles were not happy to fight against the Black insurgents and showed them some respect and sympathy, supposedly some even switched sides. In the end only about 300 aut of 6000 ever returned. There are descendants of Polish soldiers on Haiti until today.

He took part in wars, such as: Russo-Japanese war (1904-1905) WW1 (1914-1918) Finnish civil war (1918) And the Winter War (1939-1940) Continuation War (1941-1944) Lapland War (1944-1945) And today (4.6.2017) is 150 years of his death. There has been lots of army stuff moving today and people with 50's cars, because idk. So that's it.
