@@AmanBroony Nope, it’s on first come first serve basis. Try to reach as early as possible and secure a spot in the top 10 of the queue…this will highly increase your chances to get the work permit on the same day. Also please pack some snacks with you as the process might take longer than you expect due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Flagpoling is a 100 % legal immigration procedure.

No in most cases. However, if you are a citizen of USA, Ukraine and few more territories, you can. Also you can get a pre-approved study permit at the border if you submitted your case online outside of Canada.

Flagpoling procedure is very similar to CBSA secondary inspection at the airport. We advise to take it very seriously and be prepared for an interview.

I am waiting for OWP because of Israelian crisis. Also I am originally from Ukraine ( in my Israelian passport county of birth is Ukraine) but I don't have valid Ukrainian passport here. I almost have a biometric and paid all fees and have a US visa also is it simpler and more safety in this case to make a flagpoing?

By law you can record inside the building… it’s public property founded by tax payers in states is 1st amendment in Canada I believe freedom of press under section 1, they can tell you it’s illegal for their safety but by law you have right to film
