Flair 58 : Finally a perfect shot of Espresso.

After a hundread of shot, finally I got a perfect shot. I don’t know how to describe but I just knew it’s a perfect shot.

I am having the same issue you were with channeling and still can't figure out why it channels. I have the same beans and a couple of machines, and the shots look great. How did you fix it?
