Agreed and those kids must have had their lives given to them like if I were them 4 hours of work a day and hunting and fishing and doing fun stuff I don’t get why those kids were so entitled. Like I would 100% make that transition to work with flair but I grew up without anything so I’ve got zero experience with computers/filming and editing but I definitely learn everything I could as fast as I could because of being outside for a living like them

Flair-Those two boys didn’t know what they were doing as editors. They didn’t want to admit it. They were digging a hole deeper everyday by not being organized. Footage was lost. Wow ! I can't understand how two guys couldn't do a one man job and with that kind of incentives plus the pay on top of it. I'm 57 years old and if you ask me it's not being mature enough to commit. To bad Flair doesn't need a kick Ass crane operator or wind turbine tech because I'd trade my pay for that kind of incentive, free work truck and a roof over my head. i agree to an extent, i feel like he HAS to be that way in this space, he HAS to be careful with how he navigates his employee interactions bcus he can be "exposed" so easily or "canceled" in todays climate, you never know whos recording what or keeping receipts and its not like the old days where you can say and do pretty much whatever you want and your business can still prosper. One wrong thing can mess up everything you spent YEARS to build. its so messed up, gotta be careful with who you hire, vet them heavily. Those boys got too much too soon and were in over their heads at the workload

I guess no matter how much money you make, how much money you offer, good help is still hard to find. These kids over sold themselves thinking they could muster what it took when the time came and then realized what they needed wasn't in them. I do find fault in Flair for over extending himself before these guys proved their worth in the position. A truck, housing, expenses: these are things you go out of your way for when an employee has gone out of their way for you. I could write a book about this but suffice to say this seems to be a generational issue.

I would love to see you and badge out with flair . I know badge knows how to grind and film and edit. let him show them boys how it's done . No hate but if you want to get into this give it a full send . Also get badger on uncut outdoors even as a guest. That would be 🔥. Great podcast to all you guys.

Not an excuse but part of the issue is having no schedule. Flair works on his own time, and is filming 10 hour days, that’s more filming than professional fishing tv shows

If even at a hefty price tag, Flair learned a valuable lesson in being an employer. In the long run, the lesson learned will be more valuable than the $$ lost due to the whole ordeal.

Lojo I really like yall channel, please tell flair to ignore people who gossip, he is doing what an employer is supposed to do, I know its rough but it just seems like some people don't want to work now days but im not saying that may be the situation, I watch everyone from the googan squad and like watching everything yall put out, yall living the dream I would love to have but unfortunately I'm stuck working soon as I got out the military but trying to enjoy the outdoors much as possible like yall im actually next door to yall in Louisiana maybe one yall passing through Louisiana during crawfish season I can boil up some crawfish for yall and share some fishing and hunting stories . Yall stay safe and stay strong

They just wanted a vacation and lied about everything and kept seeing what they could get away with. They knew flair wouldn't have let them come on their own expenses. Once 💩 hit the fan and winter break was over they booked it. Props to Flair for handling it professionally, I would flipped my lid on them.

Explanation of the 5 minute black screen: When you are done with the video and ready to render you have to make sure the video(clips) are within the render line borders. I myself have made this mistake because at the start of editing I just drag the line all the way as far as I can. But when you are done editing you have to make sure the render lines are in the correct places.
