Omg, I cannot believe the audacity of those kids! Flair seems like a great guy to work for. How many employers would give the helping hand that they need. Flair, I wish you the very best in the new year, I hope you can get someone in as great as you. Enjoy your time off, you'll be missed.

I've had 1 boss that would do that. To the point for a coworker he paid the 1st, last and security for a place for him. Guy only was there for maybe a month. Seem like flair. He'll do what he can to help. But expected you to do everything the right way

Explanation of the 5 minute black screen: When you are done with the video and ready to render you have to make sure the video(clips) are within the render line borders. I myself have made this mistake because at the start of editing I just drag the line all the way as far as I can. But when you are done editing you have to make sure the render lines are in the correct places.

MAAAAAN I WISH I could edit for one of you guys. It’s really not that hard to pay attention to the raw in post and pick out the content in the right sequence. You’re telling a story, if you can’t edit a simple vlog idk how those two are running a damn business. YO FLAIR HIT ME UPPP
