@flair I have the same exact mini crossbow and tried something similar only a slightly different reel set-up. And I figured out that the bolt comes off wonky due to the tension from the line right when it gets taught. I swear, no matter how loose your drag, especially when you first fire. even if it's ever so slight tension in the line it will pull on the bolt causing it to wobble off the bow when it flight . I know it sounds lame but just leave about 20 feet of loose line so there is some slack when it fires. Seriously the further the bolt can travel before there is any tension from the line, the straighter the bolt will go. And only use the reel to bring it in. So recap: just load the bolt, pull some line for slack BEFORE YOU FIRE so the bolt can at least travel straight a little before the line gets taught and only reel to retrieve the bolt. I highly recommend you try it that way. But I'm telling you. Please just try it before you bag in it.

I have a crossbow that looks exactly like that but idk if we have the same (if it says alligator on the front then we have the same crossbow) but the guy i bought it from says its amazingly accurate as long as you use little darts/arrows (basically the size of a pencil). So try that bc i think those darts/arrows are too big.
