In order to get pretty much any of those animals to get acclimated to being around people, you obviously need to spend time with them but most importantly, you need to interact with them in a smallerish confined area, so there is no place for them to run away to.

Flair, for Brooklyn’s petting zoo you should get full Nubian goats they grow up to be around the size of a deer or smaller but they are really calm and nice and you could even dehorn them for Brooklyn so they can’t catch their horns on Brooklyn’s clothes or hurt her.

I've never been to an animal auction like this, but I would assume they bring all or most of the animals in on one day. I think it would be cool if you could get permission and go film the unloading and "sorting" process of them.

You should put something above the gun room bookshelf so it looks floor to ceiling and less likely to be a door. Also you could maybe add things to make it look like an electric heater or electric fire place so it seems to have some other, specific function, even if it doesn't.
