That chateau was just beautiful. Poor jessie didn't want to go into the vets bless her, but she needn't have worried with that lovely vet. Slaw's lens cleaning cloth came in very handy😂 a bit of a panic there with that lorry heading towards you on your side of the road😱 didn't put slaw off his smacky-bum-bum though😁 thanks for taking us along for the ride❤

The maps section on each vlog shows the route, how long each day took to drive and how much the tolls were. We don’t have a written out route. Get a map book and plot your route each day. Yes, we’ve been to Germany. Have you looked through our playlists? There are three on there for Germany.

Thanks Anthony! Ooh, that’s a controversial question. We do have a little oil heater ticking over in Helga in the winter months when we’re not out in her. We’ve done this in every motorhome we’ve had in the last 12 years. None of ours have ever had damp issues (first two second hand and Helga since new) However, some will tell you that having some heating on promotes damp. Not in our experience 👍🏻

I'd like to drive some beautiful straight roads like those. It's very twiddly in the Languedoc/Occitanie where I live. You are OK with a folding blade Swiss Army knife as long as it's in your bag or pocket, and not open carry on a belt. No flick knives though Mr Slaw. I've seen dads at family picnics get out some fearful, illegal knives to cut up the saucisson. Thanks for another great vlog. Jo in France 🇫🇷

Page 8? Is that page 8 of an AHC? Ours have EU pet passports and there is nothing needed to be recorded for travelling into Europe, just the record of worming for travelling back to the UK.

Thanks for another great informative VLOG. What a great Chateau; I keep thinking that one year I should take a month just visiting Chateaux. I know that you are happy to pay tolls as and when you come to a toll booth; as I travel on my own this would be too annoying so I have gone down the Bip & Go tag. I have not had any issues and am very pleased that I made the decision to fit a tag.

Loving this trip. We have often stayed on municipal sites when touring with our caravan, quality is variable but normalyy OK, bit like Cl's in the UK but bigger and always with toilets and showers. Much cheaper than commercial sites

we visited a vets in France last year and all he asked for was a donation to a dogs home, he was very happy we offered him 20 euros, after a consultation with a husky/malamute cross - shame they are not all like it
