Just bought 1 of these heaters but no instructions when i turn it on its hot for about 10 minutes then just blows cold air any tips on how to keep it blowing hot air many thanks

not sure, I will recommend to check time to time, it is not recommended to keep it on long time. no trick to make it remotely, as it is using a normal control will infrared, to make it work remotely will be expensive 😄

How long does it take to make the room hot?

It depends how small is the room . Because the device is small. If you are close to the device it is right away in 32 degrees you will feel warm. For room , I guess 15 to 20 minutes.

We have just received our Flame Heater and are very disappointed as no matter what we do it throws out cold Air after about 12 minutes. The Timer is set to 00 and we have set the temp to 32, so why does throw out cold. Air after it has sent out Hot Air for a limited period. We really cannot keep checking the Heat and then turn off and back on again all the time. Why is it doing this?

Hi , I have not tested for a long time. I tried for 5 hours. However, I guess it could run the whole day, at it has a temperature sensor to turn on and off the heater depending on the temperature you choose.

I heard some people say those units burn down while plugged in and working. Did anything like that happen to you? Just purchased one and I am a bit afraid of using it. It's for my dogs house (her house it's a brick room, otherwise it would be a storage room)

Thanks for the info very valuable to know that..For me I use it for a few hours and turn it off. Never tried keeping it on the whole day.
