Thank you! Upper body flamenco techniques can help build core strength for a weak low back...so important! The arm movements helped me recover my range of motion when healing from breast cancer surgeries years ago 👍 I no longer dance Flamenco due to arthritis and weakening bones, but love these good challenges, the rhythms and of course, the PASSION! Can do some of these while on wheelchair....Duende bebe! Moving meditation and creative expression 👍 Gracias🌻

You should check out La Chana. She's a legendary dancer who currently can only dance in a chair because of her knees. ❤️

Dear Rina, this is very hard on the wrists. I literally had to take some Tylenol to get rid of the pain the night. Is this normal or am I really exaggerating the movements? 😅😬
