It has a historical setting but fictional. Little to do with actual history. There was some Rajput princess in Akabar's harem but her name was not Jodha. There is no Jodhabai mentioned in any Mughal historical records as his wife.

SRK is the pinnacle of Bollywood. Hrithik comes close but while being amazing at dancing, no doubt. Hrithik can never come close to the level of emotional acting that SRK is capable of. I think Hrithik is great, but acting wise he has nothing on SRK who is in a league only touched by a few people that came before him. The closest I would grant is Aamir and Ranveer.
