I kinda hear that too, though for what it's worth, the lyrics in this video are the same ones that appear on the Touhou wiki. I figured that meant they both probably had the same source, which tracks to a freelance translator on Wordpress, though I can't tell whether or not they got the lyrics from an official source or did it by ear.
