I always believed that Neji was just as fast or faster than Rock Lee. When Rock Lee releases inner gates, that's a different story. But the way he dodged them Kunais and spiders at the same time is just incredible. Also, Neji's stamina is just remarkable. Anyone would've been tired pulling off that much Taijutsu.

Those who watch without paying attention: shippuden sucks because it lacks this quality of strategy with "real ninja fights" The truth is that reading such stupid comments is embarrassing to others, seriously do they realize that Naruto was always like this? It was not always everything, it is a strategy thought 100% and there are many examples of that, as there are examples in shippuden where the strategy is used very well
