It looks like it's supposed to be USS Quincy-inspired. Quincy did actually do shore bombardment in support of the Normandy landings, while Baltimore served in the Pacific.

To be honest, I don't think there is anything wrong. Usually the ships in the wows tech tree are regarded as representatives of an entire class rather than as a separate ship. For example, T9 Iowa has the AL New Jersey Camouflage. In addition, as far as I can find Information USS Baltimore (CA-68) did not appear in the Battle of Normandy. On the contrary, USS Quincy (CA-71) participated in the battle on that day, so it should not be an mistake. ps. Sorry for my poor English

The "Temper, Temper" Patch is cool. For those who don't know, this is a reference to a (supposed? not sure if it is 100% confirmed) event with the USS Wisconsin during the Korean War, when she was struck by a 155 mm artillery shell, and retaliated with a full broadside from her 406's. Apparently, the USS Buck messaged the Wisconsin and said, "Temper temper"

have you actually played fengyang? prior to getting it, i had assumed it was a fail akizuki. up until i fired the ap at some ships. it's ap has british angles but improved pen and russian like velocity retention at range. it now sits amongst my top 5 performing t8 DDs.

The D Day sucks. Mines are annoying at worst. If you don’t have ship base ASW you can’t Navigate the map. Means DDs or some CLs must do Minecraft Sweeping jobs. If you don’t have either of these two, you’re screwed. Because troops transport also get killed by mines. Aircraft that carry Mines and other Aircrafts are like Tier X Aircraft or something because they are literally almost impossible to kill. Costal guns are too accurate and too rapid fire. PT Boats are literally faster than French DDs. Oh and you have only AA buff at the beginning of first game. So you don’t have PT Boat torpedo damage reduction. and Fortification armor pen increase buff. Or even enemy DDs shell dispersion penalty buff. So if you playing this first game, those PTs are not fun to fight against. They also reload faster than Subs. They only deploy 2 at the time but boy they are very annoying. If you don’t have fortifications pen increase only BBs can damage it, or CA with HE. DDs and CL don’t have either of these are totally useless, even with IFHE skills.
