Made this tonight and it was my first time ever making flan. It came out firm, creamy, and amazing! Note: Instead of Le lechera, I used magnolia cause that's all I found at the store. I used almond milk in lieu of the whole milk, but I still used the evaporated milk though. I also forgot to put the aluminum foil on the pan so I had to cook mine for about an hour and a half til it was firm enough to place in the fridge. I thought mine didn't come out right after the fridge until I cut into it and the caramel looked how it was supposed to. I just had to cut around the flan, and then I was able to plop it out on a pan. Thanks for the recipe! ❤☺️
