Caught a Great Horned Owl in the Chicken Run. What should I do with/to him.

It looks like this owl is injured; it's limping, spreading wings. I'd get it out and take it to the vet. There, they'll provide care for the owl and send it to wildlife rehabilitation center.

We pasture-raise heritage (Narragansett) turkeys here in NW Wyoming. We lose a few each year to some extremely large owls. I consider it a cost of doing business and my little assistance to nature.

You showed that owl grace. I have livestock and poultry but Mother Nature has a natural way of doing things. When you kill another animal for killing one of yours, you disrupt the food chain and go against mother nature’s natural way of doing things. Things die. We all die. It’s the in between that counts. ✌🏼
