I did the same as you. Went to flannels with my mum to grab a few Christmas presents and saw this in store. Thought about it , decided I didn’t need it then couldn’t leave the shop without it. Just really good value at £119. Definitely wouldn’t have been the same at full price 😂

@@PlanningwithCrystal that’s absolutely right 😂 I am quite lucky that I have one in my town. I live in Southport. It’s a really nice store too. Friendly assistants and very patient- my mum insisted on looking at every Michael Kors purse available before choosing one , ironically, the first one she looked at 🤦🏼‍♀️ but yes , too nice perhaps as I left a lot lighter than when I entered 😂😂😂

I love getting perfume samples especially little sets like you received here. I wouldn't attribute much value to them, but they'd be lovely alongside a travel size perfume or other product. I've received a few larger travel size ones in ACs and GWP and its really hit or miss. Amazing if you like the scent, so wasteful if you don't!

I looked up the Sweed Lashes. Under ingredients, there is only one: Human Hair.

omg, I got some of these sweed lashes in an advent calendar and they are currently sitting on my desk - I had no idea they were made with human hairs until I read your comment!! I checked and the ones I have are made with 'high-quality human hair' - not sure what to think now! 😟

I thought mine was a good deal with 20% off (plus an extra £5 at the time) but definitely a bargain at the price you paid. Would love you to do a video saying your favourite new products from the calendars. I love finding an amazing new product and a calendar is a good way to find new ones I'd never usually pick up but as you have tried so many products before, what was new to you from in the calendars that you would now go and repurchase?

I bought this at full price and the pat marathon was missing as well as the charlotte tilbury and the este lauder and they would not replace. I was do gutted I will not buy from them again.

I like this and it's a good job it is sold out now as I already have 3 and know already I'm getting another 3 and only 1 isn't a 25 day calendar, like you I'm going to have alot of products, but also like you I do give things I know I wont use to other people as presents. I love Nars Dolce vita, its my all time favorite colour and I always have a backup one to, after I broke one and had to get another sharpish. That Nudesticks highlighter, I've not used theirs but you can put it both above and just below your eyebrows to, probably not both together though. The Floral Street samples I like as one of my favorite perfumes I found in one, the ylang-ylang expresso. 2 mascaras 2 palettes 2 highlighters its got repeats but hey pressies are coming up. As I said very nice but I couldn't justify paying over 200 but its discounted price was nice and I'm kinda pleased but gutted that by the time I decided I probably would get it it had sold out.well I was being greedy. Lovely informative video as always and realy enjoyed watching your unboxing. Xx 😚 🤗 🥰

It was just too good to miss at that big reduction. Postage was a bit steep but they did deliver really quickly. I’m really pleased I got it although I definitely didn’t ‘need’ it🙄

I ummed and erred about getting this calendar and it is now sold out. It has the most varied of high end products at a reasonable price point (with the discount that is). Tbh I have given beauty advent calendars a miss this year. The most interesting ones are too expensive and you still only get travel and sample sizes.

Is it only me that can't stand the smell of the Augustin B creams? It's says scent-free, but...after you've applied it you start to notice a faint bad smell, like a wash-cloth that has gone off mixed with something sickening sweet?

@@PlanningwithCrystal I loved everything except the neom candle, their candles contain many irritating essential oils and I haven't tried one yet that doesn't effect my chest and make me not be able to breathe. However my pat mcgrath pallete was smashed, the blue was totally smashed, I contacted them and they said I would have to rebox and repackage the whole calendar and send back for an investigation which would take 14 working days, considering I expected the calendar would have sold out by then and I'd be possibly left with nothing I took the hit, I carefully cleaned it and saved the other 3 shades so the customer service was shocking in that regard.
