You can't just do this skill by learning these 4 steps. To do this skill it requires a lot of strength throughout the body. Strength that you only get after months and months and for some people years of hard work and training. Putting this video out as a step by step guide does not teach people how to do it, it teach people how to hurt themself if they have not been through the right training for it because especially younger people will go and try it and hurt them selves. This is not hate for the guy who made it this, I just want people to read this and understand that it does not take a step by step video to instantly learn flares on the ground. And so that people (mostly younger ones) don't go and try it and hurt themselves. It took me 4 years to learn how to do flares so I know how hard they are. Edit: I wrote this maily because I read through the comments and people where asking how to do it or saying they got hurt trying it. This is here to make them think twice about trying it.

You're right. People will see this like a cookbook. Each step is meant to be studied and adjusted to you or you adjusted to it. It's no problem not being able to do it. Most people couldn't replace a car engine even all the steps are detailed. Like you said, it takes time. I got to step 3 before making adjustments using my elbows(more centrifugal force). I'm having fun exploring the steps here. 😄

Lol, I literally just taught me 7 year old nephew to do this after I copied this guy. If you can't do it, just admit you're disabled and move on to something you can do. No need to try to blow this up like it's for alpha mega humans when literally children can do it easily.
