That's a weird DASDEC screen, black background and "Emergency Alert System" text at top.

Hudson Valley Trains & EAS It looked weird to me too but this alert is rare where I live since we don’t live near rivers.

The EAS DASDEC Screen kinda looks like the one Comcast used (the one with the pixelated text)

I honestly kinda like it but it doesn’t beat the original EAS screen that you see in all the EAS scenarios.
