James Creative You can easily modify this effect to animate slower if need be, keyframing the stroke rotation to follow your object, you'll have to modify the glow settings to better suit the effect you are going for, but its essentially the same effect. Have a play with the parameters and see what you can come up with :)

ILOSTMYCOOKIE Download the lightning pack from the Flash running episode, if you have after effects, take you still in, put it in a comp, add the lightning and hit Ctrl+Alt+S and save a photoshop still :)
