Well, isn't this one blinding? I have exactly the same experience, lt1 is blinding to the eyes if it is not set low enough.

That IP65 rating scares me. If I'm taking this camping, fishing, any outdoor activity, it's going to get rained on, snowed on, may find itself in a puddle on the ground. Need to find out if it's robust enough for use cases like that first. This seems like a dry/indoor light, so far...

Ip65 isn’t the best but unless you drop it in a puddle or a steam, it shouldn’t be an issue., also I notice manufactures in my experience always seem to under rate the ip ratings.. as far as astrolux….maybe???? Maybe not???? Iv never ordered their stuff to find out, but I wouldn’t be surprised if a quick dip in a Stream didn’t bother it. I just wouldn’t go try it lol.

Amazing deals on all of these lights. They normally cost 5 million quid but you, yes you sucker, can have it for only 6 million lol. Ok about £50, so maybe nearer to the £30 or so I would want to pay but definitely full marks for originality.

Yeah, slightly pricey. For the money high cri LED's would have been better. But I suppose heat and brightness would be issues.

Two unbelievably stupid mistakes that annoy me in this lantern. 1. You can not turn it off from LOW mode without cycling throug MED and HI. 2. The legs are not fixed in open position. These two make this thing unusable. Just wasted money. Astrolux, shame on you. If you steal idea from Outask - do it right.
