You don't understand bro. He has said on countless occasions that some of the prophecies are time bound and others are open prophecies. The mantle on the NPP was time bound but when it was taken and handed over to the NDC it was locked in time. There are people who prophesy through the 4th dimension and are able to see things that are time bound and things that are not. One constant thing about the realm of the spirit is that change is always constant. Time in the spirit is not linear, it is circular and so time can be constructed, reconstructed and deconstructed in the realm of the spirit. In other words time is of relevance in the spirit but yet it is irrelevant. Today can be tomorrow and tomorrow can be next year. Next year can be reconstructed to be tomorrow. Yesterday can be reconstructed to occur next month. And next month can be reconstructed to become last year.
